Deanna has been volunteering for ASHRAE since 2015 at the chapter level and was President of the Boston chapter in 2020-2021. She has been involved in the region since 2021. In her role as Associate Principal and Client Leader, Deanna serves as the overall supervisor of the project and the primary contact to clients throughout project development. She has extensive experience in mechanical investigation as well as the design and construction for a broad range of facilities.

Steven Gerazounis

Steven is the YEA Chair for the Long Island Chapter and is a Certified HVAC Designer. He was selected for ASHRAE’s prestigious Leadership U and LeaDRS programs and is a recipient of the ASHRAE Design Scholarship. Steven is a LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP, and was named one of Commercial Observer’s top 20 under 35 in Construction + Design in NYC in 2022.

Vineet Nair

Senior Manager, Capital Projects at Sarepta Therapeutics

Vineet is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and a leader in mechanical systems design for technology-driven facilities, including laboratories, cleanrooms, and manufacturing environments. He holds a Master’s in Sustainable Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Construction Management certificate from Columbia University.

Vineet has been recognized with the Herman and Dorothy Behl’s Certification award and the Young Engineers in ASHRAE Developing Leader award and was named ASME Reviewer of the Year in 2024. He is LEED accredited, and holds two ASHRAE certifications, and was part of the first cohort of individuals to receive the ASHRAE Decarbonization Professional certification. He was recently appointed by Governor Healey as a Board Member to the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards.

Murat Bayramoglu

CTTC Chair

Murat is a Senior Energy Engineer at AECOM with over 12 years of experience in energy efficiency and decarbonization across major commercial, institutional, and government projects. A past president of the Long Island ASHRAE Chapter, he has led large-scale energy audits and studies nationwide and advises NYSERDA on building decarbonization initiatives.
